Job Description
• As the aircraft arrives, you'll warmly welcome passengers and facilitate smooth coordination and communication between the crew, handling agent, catering, cleaning, air traffic, customs, and immigration. You'll ensure that all necessary flight documents are prepared accurately and completely, place orders for daily catering services, and maintain comprehensive flight records. Post-flight, you'll handle the accurate filing of documents and perform statistical analysis of flight coupons.
• In cases of lost baggage, you'll diligently coordinate with the handling agent to locate and deliver lost items to their owners. If necessary, you'll follow the compensation process accordingly.
• With a warm and friendly demeanor, you will handle Reservation/Booking, Ticket Sales, Information, and Passenger Operations (Check-in, Manifest preparation) services.
• You'll handle reservation/booking requests with efficiency and issue tickets for both domestic and international flights. Additionally, you'll handle processes such as Endorsement, Rerouting, and the return of tickets.
Desired Skills & Experience
• Bachelor's degree or at least high school graduation.
• Permanent residence permit in the respective country (the company does not provide or assist with work permits).
• Preferably minimum of 1 year experience in civil aviation or tourism.
• The ability to thrive in high-pressure situations.
• Excellent command of English and proficiency in local language(s).
• Availability to work in shifts, including overnight shifts.
• A team player who can also work independently when needed.
• Ability to multitask effectively and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Strong oral and written communication skills.
• Demonstrated a sense of responsibility and the ability to make accurate and effective decisions.

CARGO OFFICER (location: Beijing)
Responsibilities
Facilitating smooth cargo operations at the station through coordination with the Ground Handling Agents and staff within the station.
Monitoring and ensuring adherence to regulations outlined by local authorities and compliance with IATA regulations for safe, secure and effective movement of inbound and outbound cargo.
Contributing to the highest levels of service standards and reduce operations costs.
Maintaining freighter on time performance to avoid delays caused by ground operations at the station, investigate and report any delays to regional operations and the Head Office.
Ensuring local station operational support functions are working smoothly, including trucking, ULD handling, use of consumables etc.
Work closely with regional manager compliance and ensure compliance to all applicable standards and regulatory requirements.
Effective performance management and driving motivation in the station.
Respond to customers’ questions, problems, requests and/or complaints.
Liaise with Turkish Cargo Headquarter team for tracing and provide necessarily follow up with customers
Manage and ensure the smooth handling of all day to day cargo booking activities for the Beijing station
Coordinate sales efforts and requirements with reservation, accounting and operation
Requirements
-Degree holder in Logistics or Business-related disciplines
-Eager to work in Airlines Logistics industry,
-Highly developed interpersonal, communication and presentation skills.
-Result oriented and possessing strong negotiating skills.
-Must be receptive to flexible work hours, holiday/weekend coverage and travel expectations
-Good command in written and spoken English and Chinese is must. Speaking Turkish will be an advantage.
-Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications such as Word, Excel and Power Point.
-Position is open for experienced and new graduates’ candidates as well
